Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques

- Develop customized treatment plans that align with patients’ functional goals

- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient recovery

- Document progress and adjust therapies as needed for best outcomes

- Deliver and document all aspects of quality physical therapy care

- Supervise and ensure appropriate use of supportive personnel

- Serve as a lead resource and point of contact for other staff therapists regarding scheduling, daily administrative needs, and communication

Qualifications:

- Current state licensure or eligibility

- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
