Physician Assistant – Full-Time Position – Raleigh, North Carolina

Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to work with one of our surgeons specializing in Total Joint Replacement and Revision Surgery.

Position Overview:

The Physician Assistant will work closely with the surgeon and clinical team to provide comprehensive care to total joint replacement and revision patients. The role includes responsibilities in the outpatient clinic and operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients in the clinic setting
• First-assist in the operating room
• Order and interpret X-rays; independently formulate assessments and plans
• Participate in postoperative care

Qualifications:

• Current Physician Assistant certification and North Carolina licensure required
• 1-3 years of experience preferred, ideally in an orthopaedic environment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable ordering and interpreting radiographic studies
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient/family communication abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
