Full-Time Position – Cary Performance Center. Position develops, performs and implements specific strength and conditioning programs designed to increase athletic performance in areas such as speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility and power. Assists with delegated patient treatment and recovery procedures and prepares patients for treatment. Works under supervision of the Sports Physical Therapists.

Qualifications
A minimum of one-year experience required in orthopaedic rehab, sports performance or athletic training in a sports medicine/performance training facility working with athletes participating in various recreational, professional, elite and amateur sports activities. Position requires a working knowledge of medical terminology, ability to speak to present to large groups, high motivation and energy level and strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a multi-task environment. Personable and professional attitude is required. Must be computer literate.

Must be able to work in a cooperative manner and maintain effective working relationships with management/supervisors, co-workers, customers and vendors.

Compensation ranges: $16.00 - $24.00/hr
