Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques

- Develop customized treatment plans that align with patients’ functional goals

- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient recovery

- Document progress and adjust therapies as needed for best outcomes

- Provide oversight of daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality patient care.

- Lead, mentor, and support physical therapy staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.

- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and assist with strategic planning for clinic development

Qualifications:

- Current state licensure or eligibility

- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills

- Minimum 3 years experience as PT
