Temporary Full-Time Position – Available Now – Edwards Mill Office, Raleigh
Raleigh Orthopaedic is hiring an Appointment Scheduling Coordinator for our Centralized Call Center to schedule appointments for all of our clinic locations. Candidates must be able to commit to the assignment for up to 90 days.
Our Appointment Scheduling Team plays an integral role in providing excellent service to our patients. We are currently implementing new scheduling technology designed to enhance both the patient experience and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming appointment calls
Schedule new and established patient appointments
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Background in a healthcare customer service role, ideally in a large medical office setting
Strong communication and active listening skills with a professional phone presence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Positive demeanor and commitment to excellent service
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems
Openness to providing feedback for process improvement initiatives
Schedule:
8-hour shift (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $16–$22 per hour (based on experience)
